Family with Young Children
Very clean hotel. Staff very helpful. Rooms could be a long distance from lobby. Hotel is very large and distance to lobby can be a long distance. Hotel seemed to be centrally located. Rooms very clean and nice other than no refrigerator in room. Overall, we would stay here again and overall I was very impressed with everything. Business Traveler
The location was awesome, room was great. There was just no where to put water or drinks to keep them cold. Being on a business trip it is just nice to be able to have bottled water and keep it cold.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I was traveling with family for hockey tournament. Other parents asked about Crowne. I had to tell them breakfast and refrigerator / microwave in room was not part of the deal. They stayed in hotels that provided this. We would have used the pool, but didn't have time. ...read more
